Luis Ricigliano, founder of the Group, starts his career path in 1977 with a laboratory dedicated to the analysis, marketing and recovery of precious metals -an activity that becomes his passion at a very young age. His entrepreneurial spirit leads him to train abroad, bringing cutting-edge technology to Argentina and turning it into the country's first precious metals refining company. He also becomes one of the first entrepreneurs to hold internationally recognized diplomas.
With businesses expanding across various industries related to the sustainable use and transformation of natural, residual and urban resources., and having created the brands that make up the group - Bluemoon, Rodhio, Urban Resource and LR Strategic Mining - his initial laboratory has grown into the largest state-of-the-art technology plant in the entire Southern Cone. This expansion has broadened his vision and deepened his understanding of the continuous challenges posed by a world of evolution and changing needs.
